Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These terms govern use of the Custom Outdoor Solutions website. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation.

Informational website

Service pages, articles, project examples, chatbot responses, and general planning information do not constitute a final proposal, contract, design, permit determination, engineering opinion, warranty, or safety guarantee. Site conditions and reviewed project documents control.

Requests are not appointments

Submitting a contact or estimate form only confirms receipt by the system. It does not confirm availability, acceptance, price, scope, appointment, start date, completion date, or eligibility for a service area. A team member must review the request.

Accurate submissions

You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and that is reasonably accurate. Do not submit malicious files, confidential third-party information, credentials, financial account details, medical information, government identifiers, or material that violates another person’s rights.

Virtual assistant

The assistant is limited to verified company knowledge and may state that evidence is insufficient. It can make mistakes or be temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on it for emergency, legal, financial, structural engineering, utility, electrical, gas, medical, or other safety-critical decisions.

Intellectual property

Website design, original copy, and original visual assets are protected subject to applicable third-party software and service licenses. Customer project media is used only with appropriate rights and permission.

Availability and changes

The site may change, be suspended, or contain errors. Policies and content may be updated when business details or integrations change. The version shown on this page applies to current website use.

Contact

Use the contact page for questions about these terms. Contractual terms for a project should be provided separately in reviewed project documents.
