SMS messaging is an optional contact method that will operate only after the business configures and activates its messaging provider. Selecting SMS requires a separate affirmative consent; consent is not a condition of purchase.
Program purpose
When active, text messages may relate to a contact or estimate request, follow-up questions, project information, or service communications you requested. This implementation does not enroll visitors in unrelated marketing by default.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with the request and conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to stop text messages. Reply HELP for help when the program is active, or use the contact page. After an opt-out request, a final confirmation message may be sent where permitted.
Eligibility and number ownership
Provide a valid US phone number that you are authorized to use. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify the company or opt out before discontinuing use of it.
Privacy
Phone number, consent choice, consent text version, timestamp, limited device information, and a privacy-minimized network identifier may be retained to administer the request and document consent. See the Privacy Policy.
No guaranteed delivery
Wireless service and provider systems can fail or delay messages. Do not use SMS for emergencies, hazards, urgent utility matters, or time-critical instructions.
